We have some exciting new full time opportunities for support workers to join our teams in 2 homes near Bristol (BS10 7DJ and BS7 0UH) supporting young adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. Both homes are young adults with learning disabilities. One location has 2 people sharing and the other is 8 flats. You will be assisting with day-to-day living skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support people with all aspects of daily living, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, meal prep, personal care etc.
  • Support people socially and to enjoy hobbies and activities, like swimming or cycling
  • Develop outcome based support plan, risk assessment and person centered plan with person supported
  • Assist with volunteering/employment opportunities
  • Administer medication where required
  • Support with holidays, trips and days out and more

  • Earlies
  • Lates
  • Sleep ins
  • Waking nights
  • Weekends
  • Bank holidays
