We are currently looking for part time evening staff for our Home Care service in the East Bristol area. Our evening shifts are from 16:00 to 22:00 pm. You will be assisting our service users with personal care and social/domestic support.
With guaranteed hours available, well constructed runs, clients close together so there is minimal travelling time, we have all been carers and every single member of our team from the Co-ordinators to the Director still delivering care, we are a company that leads from the front and listens to its staff. This means we understand the role of Care Assistant better than most businesses and we constantly look to make changes to improve.

No formal qualification required. If you are new to care then don’t worry. We provide amazing training and on-going support for all of our Care Assistants.
If you are looking to progress your career then we are keen to support staff to do QCFs or progress internally in the business.
Looking for progression in the future? We fill all our promotions internally, you will have the chance to start your QCF Level 2 (NVQ) after 6 months, you can then progress to senior carer with training to level 3, taking on specific office based roles or even develop to care coordinator, shift supervisor etc.
If you want to progress into other roles outside of Avon Home Carers we will still support you while at university or college by offering a flexible approach to your working pattern.Provider Details:
