We are seeking a Key Worker to be based in our Kingswood care home in Bristol.
We are looking to grow our small but motivated team of Key Workers who are passionate about developing person centered plans to support adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other mental health conditions at our residential service in Kingswood, Bristol.
As a Key Worker no two working days will be the same. You will have plenty of challenging but exciting opportunities to work with individuals of various complex needs and situations. You will be responsible for engaging and involving service users in the development of their personal targets and support.

Cintre was set up in 1980 to provide residential care and support, and community- based services, for people aged between 18 and 65 years, with a range of needs including people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Mental Health Needs. Cintre currently provides services in
Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
