Throughout a typical day, you’ll support our Service Users with everyday tasks from washing and dressing to going out & about for a specific activity – no single day will be the same!
In addition to supporting our Service Users, as a Senior Support Worker you will help review and update care plans, ensuring the support provided is always person-centred.
Yes, at times it can be difficult, frustrating, and challenging for everyone, but the rewards can be life changing!
Qualifications:Health and Social Care Diploma level 2/3 (required).
Provider Details:As a Senior Support Worker with Community Therapeutic Services (CTS) would you like to join a friendly team providing high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, who may also have mental health needs within our Residential Services.

A full driving licence would be advantageous but not essential.
