Role Description: Due to organisational changes we have opportunities for full time Community Support Workers (30 hours+ overtime available).
Hours are variable between 7.15am – 5.30pm.

Who we are: Design 4 Life are a community support service providing high quality care and support to adults from 18 years with complex learning, physical and health need.
We are currently working very differently due to COVID19 but remain focused on providing a safe and stimulating environment to meet the varied needs of the individual’s we support on 1 to 1 basis. We work with everyone as an individual and develop complex care and communication plans to provide outstanding care and support.

Commitment to providing quality care and support.
A clean UK driving licence and an ability to drive a range of wheelchair accessible company vehicles
Previous experience of care work advantageous
Ability to develop knowledge and skills to meet a range of individuals complex needs
Ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and service users, some of whom do not use speech as a means of communication
