Website Home Instead Bristol North

A meaningful role that makes a difference to the lives of our clients and their families.

Unrushed visits, lasting a minimum of an hour.

Consistent care, matching you to clients who you see regularly and get to know properly.

Thorough training and ongoing professional development.

Great rates of pay.

Are you looking for something meaningful and rewarding to do? If so, why not join our team of CAREGivers?

Morning, evening and weekend hours available.

We are looking for people with kind and compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients across North Bristol. We support clients in Henleaze/Westbury-on-Trym/Redland/Horfield/Southmead/Henbury/Brenty areas as well as Bradley Stoke, Stoke Gifford and Downend.

Our service is tailor made to each clients individual requirements, and provides the support they need to enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible. This could be by helping with jobs around the home, meal preparation, prompting medication, encouraging interests and hobbies, and assisting with morning and evening routines. We currently have a high demand for visits in the mornings, evenings and across the weekends. We don’t run long shifts but work with each CAREGiver to build the hours they are looking for.

Provider Details:

Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With visits lasting a minimum of one hour, award winning training and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match CAREGivers and clients together based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust, and enable us to provide personalised support to each client.

About you:

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as thorough training is provided. What we look for are caring and thoughtful people who share our vision to support others as you would your own family. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful, and enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

As this role involves visiting clients in their own homes as well as taking them out to visits and appointments, candidates do need to have access to a reliable means of transport.
