An exciting opportunity has arisen for a social care practitioner to join the Access and Response Team (adult care), which is a City Wide Team that works with any vulnerable Bristol Citizen over the age of 18.
The work is varied with no two days being the same. The team consists of social workers/social care practitioners/care direct advisors and seniors, who work closely together to ensure people in a crisis, are responded to with a same day response.
