Reporting to the Care Home Manager this role is based within our care home for older people and is responsible for organising, delivering, facilitating and encouraging a wide range of activities for our residents.

The role is responsible for running and delivering an activities programme which reflects the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

25 hours per week – flexibility required with occasional weekends.

About you:

You'll be a creative person, able to turn your hand to a range of arts and crafts. You'll possess a collaborative style and will be approachable and receptive to new ideas. Experience of working with older people is essential and you'll be capable of organising, communicating with and engaging people in events taking place throughout the year.
