Website Bramble Home Care

We are seeking someone with prior experience providing long-term mental health assistance. You will be working directly with service users of all ages, supporting their needs in relation to social factors, appointments, and wellbeing. You will also be part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring service users meet the requirements in place for ongoing treatment and support. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Hours: full-time or part-time

Salary: £26,000.00* Plus 25 pence per mile.

Shift Patterns: Early/Late 5 days out of 7.

Location: Bristol

 

What you will be doing:

· Supporting Individuals in their own homes to regain their Independence.

· A minimum of 6 months experience working in the mental health field or related industry.

· Knowledge of various mental health conditions and their treatments.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

· Taking candidates for appointments or outings
