The Outreach Worker will:
Provide direct one to one support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental ill- health
Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
Supporting and helping with health care needs and managing medication.
Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
Providing help in life skills, such as shopping, using public transport, managing letters, and paying for bills
Have own portfolio of clients that you arrange visiting times with them
No experience is necessary. We welcome experienced and non experience applicants including job seekers
Training and support will be provided on the job.

Ability to encourage carrying domestic tasks with them e.g. cleaning, decluttering.
Willingness to assist with basic healthcare appointments, compliance and compliance.
