Are you looking for a new challenge?
At St Monica Trust, our Care and Support Workers are highly valued by our residents. They help with the day to practical things like getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing and hygiene. This is incredibly important for our residents, who may not be able to do as much as they used to. Just as importantly though, our Care and Support Workers provide company, they share stories, advise on what to eat, get to know residents’ friends and families – all of the things that contribute to a person’s well-being and quality of life.
And that’s what our Care and Support Workers tell us is the most rewarding part of their role – getting to know our residents.
22.5 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota including alternate weekends.
If this sounds like the role for you, we look forward to hearing from you!
