As an experienced marketing manager, you will lead the strategic planning and delivery of all marketing activity, to support general brand awareness, commercial activities, fundraising, social enterprises revenue growth, and recruitment, to ensure Brandon Trust is known for our exceptional support offer, is growing our income and is recruiting all permanent and casual staff into the charity.

Your responsibilities:
Develop and deliver the organisation’s marketing strategy
Develop relationships and work closely with colleagues in operational and central teams to ensure a joined-up approach towards marketing activity across the organisation
Manage the marketing budget and monitor, measure and track the performance of all channels
Develop, implement and manage on-going and one-off marketing campaigns, to address specific needs in brand awareness, commercial activity, recruitment, business development, social enterprises and fundraising
Influence and support colleagues in the Communications, Fundraising, Enterprise and Recruitment teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the marketing strategy relevant to their areas of responsibility
Proactively manage the update of recruitment ads on Brandon’s jobs portal, taking briefs from locality mangers and/or recruiters as required.

About you:

We’re looking for:
Someone who has a relevant degree  
Significant experience in marketing and communications and of developing marketing strategies
Budget management experience
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Experience using Indesign, Photoshop and Office365 programmes 
Proven experience of actively developing, managing and measuring social media campaigns using social analytics tools.
