We’re Rosewood House, a Residential Care Home in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol and we provide residential care and support services for older people and people with dementia.

We’re seeking to recruit some great new care workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our Care Home – could this be you? We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team.

There are a range of different shift patterns available to fit in with other commitments you may already have.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care needs, as well as supporting with meals and helping to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.  As a Senior you will also take on some additional responsibilities for leading shifts and helping with allocated management tasks in the home.  This is a great step on your career ladder.

Qualifications:

None required, we need the right values and can provide the training you need. We would like to see at least 12 months experience in a relevant care role. An NVQ level 3 is beneficial.
