About the role

  • Deliver outcome-focused care and support to help people make the most of their lives and remain as independent as possible.
  • To demonstrate, promote, and ensure high standards of health and social care for the people living in the home.
  • To work with the staff team to provide a homely environment for people living in the home.
  • Maintain a kind, caring, and compassionate approach on a daily basis.
  • Work within the expectations of a care environment that is based upon individualised care focusing on the physical and social well being of the people living in the home.
  • Shift hours 8 am-8 pm (can be flexible with shift patterns if required)
